As a member of the Production Support Team (yes - that’s you!), you’ll be assisting with all areas of production and post-production! You’ll work a mid-morning shift, starting as early as 11:00 a.m., and be involved in everything from prepping ingredients and staging rooms, to pulling product from the ovens and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.With your added support, we’ll be able to continue crafting memorable brownie experiences for our customers and raising the bar in food innovation. The early bird gets the worm, but our production team gets something better: brownies. Being a member of the team means you’ll get to wake up with the sun and prep our decadent, gourmet brownie batter and signature caramel for baking! Our roster has a wide variety of different flavors, so no baking day is ever the same. Sometimes you’ll work with gooey caramel, crunchy nuts, and rich buttercream icing. Other times, you’ll spend your day with sweet chocolate ganache, colorful candies, and lots – and lots – of chocolate chips. Afterwards, the batter is ready for the ovens. We can smell the deliciousness already! Here, baking isn’t just about the dessert, it’s about crafting great experiences for our customers!

As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the first face everyone sees when they visit the facility and will be an integral part of maintaining efficient office operation. Duties include answering the main phone line, directing calls, providing delivery and product support to customers, and managing inventory of office and breakroom supplies. You’ll also be an important part of hiring new team members by overseeing the screening of applicants and scheduling interviews!
