• Communicate regularly with the QA and Warehouse Teams (Remember what we said about teamwork?)

Production Support Team Member

Production and post-production are at the heart of creating our brownies! While production bakes the batter to perfection, our packaging team ensures that the product is beautifully displayed in our attractive Killer Brownie® packaging. As a member of the Production Support Team (yes - that’s you!), you’ll be assisting with all areas of production and post-production! You’ll work a mid-morning shift, starting as early as 11:00 a.m., and be involved in everything from prepping ingredients and staging rooms, to pulling product from the ovens and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.With your added support, we’ll be able to continue crafting memorable brownie experiences for our customers and raising the bar in food innovation. You will become part of our winning team — and it’s a lot of fun, too!

Assistant Post Production Manager

Do you have what it takes to win The Great British Bake Off? No? That’s okay, we don’t expect you to! The Killer Brownie® Co. is looking for fun and engaging people to join our production team – and being a brownie lover is a major plus!

The early bird gets the worm, but our production team gets something better: brownies. Being a member of the team means you’ll get to wake up with the sun and prep our decadent, gourmet brownie batter and signature caramel for baking! Our roster has a wide variety of different flavors, so no baking day is ever the same. Sometimes you’ll work with gooey caramel, crunchy nuts, and rich buttercream icing. Other times, you’ll spend your day with sweet chocolate ganache, colorful candies, and lots – and lots – of chocolate chips. Afterwards, the batter is ready for the ovens. We can smell the deliciousness already! Here, baking isn’t just about the dessert, it’s about crafting great experiences for our customers!

We take pride in every stage of creating our product and as a warehouse team member, you will be a vital part of that process! You will be at the beginning and end of everything we do. From receiving equipment, boxes, and pallets, to performing truck inspections, speaking with drivers, and seeing our brownies leave the facility; you are at the heart of it all! Did we mention you’re the first person our vendors see when they arrive at our facility? So, shine up those pearly whites and practice your smile! You’ll be able to work independently or with a team, and, at our warehouse, that tends to involve loud music and a boatload of fun; we feel confident in saying that our days are never boring and never without a good laugh.

• Complete shipping paperwork / SQF documentation (Because organization is key.)
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the freezer (Brrrr.)
• Perform a biweekly inventory of the KB freezer (It’s cold in here, but our hearts are warm.)

Production Lead

We need a detail-oriented and hard-working individual to step up to the plate and develop our production team. As a member of our production team, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the creation of our world class brownies! Though your main priority will be to see to the training and development of the production team, you will also be assisting with tasks such as ingredient prep and equipment operation. You will be a key player in the creation of our brownies as they are baked with love and passion for both the product and the customers receiving them! With you at the helm of building up our incredible team, we have no doubt that your efforts will lead us to success!

Sales Operations Manager

• Assist with maintaining accurate daily production SQF documentation — specifically, responsible for the mixing log and Post Operational Daily Cleaning check off list (Pay close attention to these details!)

• Assist in maintaining a safe work environment by reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the Production Operations Manager or Assistant Production Manager (Keep an eye out for any hazardous issues!)
• Be able to evaluate the quality of the product by paying attention to every detail when mixing (Eyes like a hawk!)
• Assist in day-to-day Production line help as needed (Lend a hand or two!)

You’ll monitor and manage our inventory alongside the Killer Brownie® warehouse team and flag any discrepancies in the numbers. What you’ll do:

• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and compare to upcoming production and packaging needs
• Protect company assets through returns, discrepancies, and inventory management
• Monitor and manage the inventory on hand, ensuring sufficient, but not excessive, available inventory levels are met
• Participate in quarterly physical inventory audits
• Ensure goods received match goods ordered 
• Maintain the correct levels of ingredients and materials to maximize savings and ensure production and packaging runs without interruption
• Purchase all supplies for production and packaging — including, but not limited to, PPE, toilet paper, paper towels, box tape, etc. 
• Interface with the uniform vendor to update quantities of coats needed, add names to coats at the appropriate time, and handle quality issues with the vendor
• Enter vendor invoices into our current ERP system and make sure pricing is correct and invoices can be scheduled for payment
• May perform other duties as assigned or requested by management
