Careers- Production Support

40 hours (11:30am-8pm), 5 days a week, including Saturday rotation

At The Killer Brownie® Co., the Production Support position gives our team the structure it needs to produce our decadent brownies! From assisting with food safety documentation and reporting equipment malfunctions to preparing ingredients and pulling perfectly baked brownies from the ovens, the Production Support team members assist the Production team in their processes in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality product. You’ll be the support pillar that keeps our team standing tall!

What you’ll do:

Promote a safe work environment and adhere to safe work practices
Maintain high performance and commitment to quality
Assist in maintaining accurate SQF documentation
Assist in reporting equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
Assist in maintaining production processes and suggesting process improvements
Prep ingredients and stage rooms for Production and Post Production
Assist with pulling finished brownies in and out of ovens
Take apart, clean, and put equipment together
Support Production and Post Production to maximize throughput

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to receive forklift certification
Ability to lift up to 60lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to reach, bend, pull, and push
