Sizzling Triple Chocolate Killer Brownie® Sundae

A brownie sundae with a glow-up! This easy recipe turns your basic sundae into a sizzling, elevated dessert featuring the gooiest gourmet Killer Brownies®.

INGREDIENTS

Triple Chocolate Killer Brownie® bars
4 tbsp butter
¾ cups unsweetened baking chocolate 
1 ¼ cups heavy cream
Graeter’s Black Raspberry Chip ice cream
Store-bought chocolate sauce (for garnish)

PROVISIONS

A pair of heavy-duty tongs
A hot plate
A thick wooden tray (to hold the hot plate for serving)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. On a gas stove, heat a hot plate over medium heat for 5 minutes.

  2. Make your chocolate sauce in a medium saucepan by melting together the butter, baking chocolate, and cream.

  3. Add a small drop of the chocolate sauce to the hot plate to test the heat. If it sizzles, it’s ready. 

  4. Using heavy-duty tongs, remove the hot plate from the heat and place it on a thick wooden tray.

  5. Place two Triple Chocolate Killer Brownie® bars in the middle of the plate.

  6. Top with a scoop of Graeter’s Black Raspberry Chip Ice Cream and drizzle with store-bought chocolate sauce.

  7. Then, carefully add the homemade chocolate sauce to the plate for a bit of sizzle. 

  8. Enjoy immediately!
