We take pride in delivering high-quality, perishable products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
For Perishable Items:
If there’s an issue with your order (such as damage during shipping or a quality concern), please contact us at info@killerbrownie.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. Due to the nature of perishable goods, we are unable to accept returns.
For Non-Perishable Items (e.g., Merchandise):
Non-perishable items must be returned in brand-new, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within approximately 72 hours of receiving the returned item. Please note: it may take 7–10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your account.
