Shipping Policy
To ensure the freshness and quality of our perishable products, we only ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We may ship your order on Thursday if the order contains heat-sensitive/time-sensitive products. This schedule helps us avoid weekend delays and maintain the integrity of your order during transit.

Complimentary Shipping is included with every order.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM CST will be fulfilled and shipped on the next eligible shipping day Monday–Wednesday (sometimes Thursday).

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Holiday Shipping:
Please note that during the winter holiday season, order volume increases significantly. Fulfillment may take an additional 2–3 business days, so we recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, we cannot change the quantity of the product purchased or the shipping address. If you need to make adjust your order, we will gladly cancel the order so you can place a new order with the correct details.
Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we do not ship to Hawai'i, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
